Your muscles and joints ability to move through their full range of motion. It is the ability of a joint or series of joints to move through an unrestricted, pain free range of motion.
Body Composition
Your body’s ratio of lean muscle to stored fat. It refers to the percentage of fat, bone, and muscle in your body.
