• Through eons, Pangaea began to break apart. This event is referred to as the continenal drift.
• Alfred Wegener is the name of the German Meteorologist that concluded the continental drift theory.

• The Triassic Period was 200 million years ago.
• The Jurassic period was 135 million years ago.
• The Cretaceous Period was 65 million years ago.
