Gender bias

• Androcentrism - when research and behaviour standards are judged by male stereotypes and research. Because research usually involves men.
• AO3 Gender Bias - gender bias may have damaging consequences for peoples lives. It can create misleading stereotypes and assumptions.
• AO3 Gender Bias - the focus on men and woman being different from each other leads to the implication of similarity within genders. Ignores ways women differ from each other.
