    > Mr Cai YinZhou from Dakota Adventures (a social initiative) and Mr Jeremy Ho( from Run & Gun Media ) came together to form an informal community group for a project called Between Two Homes.
    > the group envisioned Dakota Cresent as a case study on how a community could come together to preserve memories of a place and render assistance to those affected by the relocation on the residents

    > organised the citizen´s jury (CJ) & provide the platform for the citizens to influence decision-making
    > MOH provided resources such as information kit containing data in diabetes including confidential statistics
    > MOH also invited 21 experts from various organisation to ahare resources and experience about managing diabetes

    - after another round of presentations, participants voted for ideas to be presented to MOH
