in act 5 scene 1 we see lady macbeth struggling with guilt and going kind of crazy. she sleep walking and trying to wash invisible blood off her hands, showing how their bad deeds are really messing with her mind. it’s all about his being too power hungry and doing wrong things can seriously mess you up in the end
