    • Hip Circumference

  • Procedures in Drafting Pattern for Front Pajama Trousers
    1. Draw construction line
    2. A-B is the full length
    3. A-C is the crotch/Rise/Seat plus 1.5 inch
    4. Square out point B-C
    5. C-D is 1/4 of hips circumference plus 3/4 inch
    6. Square up point D to line A
    7. D-F is 1.5 inches outward
    8. D-G is 2.5 inches towards E
    9. Shape front crotch with French Curve
    10. B-I is 1/2 of the bottom circumference plus 1/2 inch
    11. Connect point F and I with a straight line
    12. Get the midpoint of F-I, and mark as point H
    13. J is 1/2 inch from H inward
    14. Connect point FJ to I with a curve ruler
    15. Cut front pattern along A-C-B-I-H-F-G and E

    1. Trace the front pajama trousers
    2. Add 1.5 inches from F outward and mark it as point K
    3. E-L is 3/4 inch inward
    4. Extend 1.25 inch upward from point L and mark it as M. Connect M to A with straight line
    5. N 1/2 inch down from K, connect G and N with French Curve
    6. J-O, I-P is 3/4 inch outward. Connect N, O, P with slight curve
    7. Cut back pajama pants pattern along lines A, C, B, M, G, N, O and P
