  2. Use sharp paper scissors and not the scissors used for fabric
• Cutting well leads to a quality garment from the beginning up to the last steps/procedures. Obviously, it is one of the key elements having a well-fitted garment
• The wrong way of cutting will affect the actual measurements of the pattern paper
