  • Body composition
    The ratio of lean body mass to body fat.
  • Cardiovascular Endurance
    The ability to continue training the cardiovascular system for a period longer than 20 minutes (on average).
  • Flexibility
    The ability of a joint to move through a full range of motion.
  • Muscular Strength and Endurance
    The ability of a muscle to generate force against physical objects. Typically refers to how much weight you can lift for different strength training exercises.
  • Power
    The amount of force the muscle can exert.
  • Reaction Time
    The ability to respond quickly to a stimuli.
  • Speed
    The amount of time it takes for the body to preform tasks.
  • Agility
    The ability to rapidly and accurately change the direction of whole body in space.
  • Balance
    The ability to maintain equlibrium while stationary or moving.
  • Coordination
    The ability to use senses and body parts in order to preform motor tasks smoothly and accurately.

    3. Flexibility - Zipper test , Sit and reach
    4. Muscular Strength and Endurance - Push-up , Planking
    5. Power - Standing long jump
    6. Reaction Time - Stick drop test
    7. Speed - 40 meter dash / shuttle run
    8. Agility - Hexagon agility test
    9. Balance - Stork balance test
    10. Coordination - Juggling
