    • The Cwth government gave approval for a resort to be built in an environmentally sensitive part of queensland.
    • The ACF challenged the approval, though their case what challenged by the fact that as a lobby group, the ACF would not suffer any particular damage from the resort being built
    • The High Court found that the ACF had no standing and therefore dismissed the action.
