    The data collected in the previous stage is analyzed to understand the patterns, challenges, and opportunities within the organization
  • DESIGNING INTERVENTIONS
    Based on the diagnostic findings and stakeholder input, interventions or strategies are designed to address the identified issues or opportunities.
  • LEADING AND MANAGING CHANGE
    Once the interventions are designed, this stage focuses on implementing and managing the change process.
