The nose and mouth - Where it enters and exits. Air gets filtered by tiny hairs and moistened by mucus when it enters the nose.
The Pharynx (Throat) and Trachea (Windpipe) - Where air passes from the nose to bronchi tubes and lungs.
The bronchitubes and bronchiole - There are 2 bronchi tubes that spilt up into multiple bronchioles.
Alveoli and Capillary network - Alveoli resemble grapes and are called airsacks because they're surrounded by capillaries. Exchange of gases and is the final step in the lungs.
Diaphragm - Helps the lungs expand when we inhale and contracts when we exhale.
