It is predicted that in the future more women will be working than men and that there will be a decrease in traditionally 'male' jobs in manufacturing and engineering but an increase in 'female' jobs in service industries. Some researchers argue that the skills that employers want the most are traditionally associated with women such as; flexibility, teamwork and good communication skills.
