    • Equality - fair employment practice, without any discrimination. Everyone is entitled to equal rights, status, advantages, etc.
    • Human rights - basic rights everyone has because they are human beings, irrespective of gender/ race/ nationality, etc.
    • Economic rights - rights each person must have in order to be economically active and treated according to certain laws and regulations.

    • Workers should not be forced to do embarrassing or degrading work.

    • Mangers should ensure no employee suffers because of discrimination.

    • Employee has the right to express his/her opinion and should not be punished or discriminated against for voicing their opinion.
