2.Impulse stimulates vesicles to move to synaptic gap.
3.Neurotransmitters diffuse across the synaptic gap.
4.Neurotransmitters bind to specific receptor sites on the post synapse.
5.These neurotransmitters increase or decrease action potential of the post synapse,
6. Stimulant increase AP, Depressants decrease AP.
