Supposedly a protest against enclosures led by artisans, masons, fullers, carpenters, and millers - demonstration with 60 (mostly young) men who had sought help for the poor and starving
Protesters planned to meet in a place associated with enclosure complaints in 1549, ringleaders wanted to throw down local enclosures, they were taken to London and charged with treason and 20 others questioned (tortured)
Imprisoned near the intended enclosures, were they mostly died, despite government reaction it was hardly a serious threat - the meeting for 21st of November only attracted 4 people
