    • Avoid exposure to cold.
    • Wear gloves when handling frozen foods.
    • Wear socks during cold climate.
    • Smoking causes vasoconstriction.
    • Reduce emotional stress.
    • Avoid drugs that cause vasoconstriction, like contraceptive pills and ergotamines.
