Force Field

• A Force Field Analysis includes driving and restraining forces for why a business should make a decision. Once outlined each is given a weighting out of 5 (1 is weakest). The highest value when added informs the decision.
• A force field analysis is valuable as a visual representation and quantifying the change. Disadvantages include the weighting is subjective and some forces might be overemphasized.
