  • Carl Jung, a psychologist, published a book in 1921, saying that certain personality types follow certain behavioural patterns
  • Most people adopt one of the two behavioural patterns. We apply the Jungian theory to understand what drives the actions of a team member to improve the productivity of a team
  • Jung said that each person has a natural orientation towards one of the four functions. That is intuition, thinking, sensing and feeling, and then the opposite function would be compensated
  • Intuition

    • Explores new ideas and new opportunities
  • Thinking

  • Sensing

  • Feeling

    • Values harmony and team spirit
