  • Right Conscience - Thinking of doing the right thing. The conscience that is rightly formed and guided by the Holy Spirit. What a person believes is right and how a person decide what is right.
  • Erroneous - judges something incorrectly, when something is bad you think it is good and when it is good you think it is bad.
  • Pharisaical - This means that a person is “hypocrite"– saying good things, but doing the opposite. Not applying it to their actions.
  • Scrupulous - you are judging there is a sin but there is no sin.
  • Lax - means when you see or think it is not sin where there actually is sin.
  • Guilty - feeling bad about something you have done. Feeling bad about something because you know it was wrong.
  • Callous - does not have conscience. Insensitive and heartless.
  • What are the 3 dimensions of every moral act?
    1. The act done.
    2. The intention behind the act.
    3. The circumstances in which the act is done.
