Raja Yoga or The way of Meditation
The sound “Om” is uttered at the beginning and end of all prayers, mantras, and meditation exercise in Hinduism. It is regarded as the most
sacred sound in religion.
The Yogas are the four pathways that can be taken to attain Moksha,
or the ultimate goal according to Hinduism. They believe that the yogas help achieve union with Brahman by providing the individual purity of mind, body,
and spirit.
