    • Lower staff turnover - employees are not stressed and will stay with the organisation. Employees are also less likely to take time off work if they are motivated and not stressed
    • Reduced costs - the cost of recruiting new employees is not necessary
    • Good reputation - recommendations from existing customers will improve the image of the organisation
