• Osmosis is the movement of water molecules from an area of high concentration to low concentration through a partially permeable membrane.
• take potato samples with the same diameter and length for more accurate results and measure their initial masses using a balance

• • The results should be that the high the conc of sugar solution the more of a decrease in mass due to the lower conc of water in the solution and vice versa
