not enough light slows down the rate of photosynthesis

as light level is raised the rate of photosynthesis increases - but only to a certain place
as light increases, the rate will no longer increase as somthing else will become a limiting factor
the CO2 concentration will increase the amount of rate of photosynthesis up to a certain point . when the graph become flat CO2 is no longer the limiting factor
if the temperature is too low is normally due to it being too cold for the enzymes to work
