• Position in the society or organization is the foundation as to what roles we need to perform.
• Social roles refer to the expectations, responsibilities, and behaviors we adopt in certain situations.
• The ideas for expected or “normal” behavior are reinforced both by the individual and by society.
• Family Members, such as your mother, father, and siblings, give unconditional love and unending support, help, guide, and take care of you, teach, discipline, and provide the needs of their children, and children are expected to cooperate and respect their parents.
• Clergy are leaders within established religions, whose roles and functions may vary in different religious traditions but usually include specific rituals and teaching their religion's doctrines and practices.
• Administrators and staff as stewards of the institution, ensure an enabling and supportive environment for effective learning to happen.
• Teens must be mindful of who they follow, go with/join and imitate.
• Teenagers who join youth groups, organizations, and clubs are happier and less likely to drink alcohol, smoke, and take illegal drugs.
• Local community activities can boost your confidence and self-esteem, promote good mental health and well-being, and gain more connections or friends.
• A follower is a person who follows his leader in regard to his or her ideas or belief and discipline.
• Security personnel patrol and inspect property against fire, theft, vandalism, terrorism, and illegal activity.
• Family, community, and other stakeholders are actively engaged and share responsibility for developing life-long learners.
• Clergy conduct religious worship, perform spiritual functions associated with religious faith, and aid in the spiritual well-being of the congregation.

• Security personnel are authorized to use deadly force to protect the officer or others from what is objectively and reasonably believed to be an imminent threat of death or serious bodily harm.
• All leaders in our community play a very important role and can affect us through their leadership style.

• Municipal and Provincial Government Officials, including the municipality, consisting of a group of Barangays, serve primarily as a general-purpose government for the coordination and delivery of basic, regular, and direct services and effective governance of the inhabitants within its territorial jurisdiction.
• Minority influence happens when a bigger group of people is influenced by a smaller group.
• Social relationships refer to our interactions and behavior with one another.
• Obedience happens when you follow what other people tell you to do, although it does not necessarily reflect your beliefs or values.
• Social relationships may still be exclusive and demand cooperation and a certain level of loyalty.
• Compliance occurs when you seem to agree or follow as what you are required to do or believe in, but you do not necessarily agree or believe in it.
• Reactance happens when you willingly reject a social influence exerted on you by an individual or a group.
• Conformity happens when there is a change in your behavior, belief or thinking to be like or conform to others.
• Compared to personal relationships, we offer less intimacy and show less vulnerability in social relationships.
• A person should be flexible either to work as a leader or as a follower.
• Participative Theory, a leader involves people to make common decisions.
• Heroic Leadership follows four principles: self-awareness, ingenuity, love, and heroism.
• Authentic Leadership includes three basic axioms of leadership which are the following: leadership is situational, leadership is non-hierarchical, and leadership is rational.
• Our social relationships influence our actions, attitudes, behavior, beliefs, and perspectives.
• Conversion occurs when you wholeheartedly change your original thinking, actions, beliefs, and attitude to align with others in a group.
• Situational Theory sees leadership as based on the factors present in a situation.
• Internalization refers to the influence of a person or group on an individual through the process of accepting their attitudes, values, or behaviors as their own.
• Identification occurs when you are influenced by someone you like or look up to, like actors and actresses, a social celebrity, a superhero, and the like.
