Difference between RNA and DNA

• DNA is a double helix, RNA is single helix shaped
• DNA contains CGAT nucleotides, RNA contains CGAU
• DNA has sugar deoxyribose, RNA has ribose
• DNA can't leave the nucleus, RNA can
• DNA is much longer than RNA (since DNA contains lots of genes whereas RNA contains information for one gene)
