  • Reaction time is the ability to move quickly once a signal to start moving is received.
  • The six skill related fitness included: agility, balance, coordination, power, speed, and reaction time.
  • Muscular strength is the ability of muscles to lift a heavy weight or exert a lot of force at a time.
  • Muscular endurance is the ability to use muscles for a long period of time without tiring.
  • Cardiovascular endurance is the ability the heart, lungs, blood vessels, and blood to work efficiently and to supply the body with oxygen.
  • Body composition is the combination of all the tissues that make up the body such as the bones muscles, organs and body fat.
  • Flexibility is the ability to use your joints fully through a wide range of motion.
  • Health related fitness includes; Muscular strength, Muscular endurance, Cardiovascular endurance, Body composition, and Flexibility.
  • Physical fitness is the ability of an individual to perform his daily tasks efficiently without undue fatigue and has some extra "reserves" in case of emergency.
  • Endomorph has a characteristic of round, soft, flabby, and bulky.
