  • Ulnar Nerve:
    1. In the forearm, the ulnar nerve passes into the anterior compartment by passing between the two heads of FCU
    2. It then descends down the medial side forearm between FCU and FDP
    3. At the wrist the nerve lies lateral to the FCU tendon and medial to ulnar artery
    4. It crosses over the flexor retinaculum into the hand where it divides into superficial and deep branches within Guyon’s canal (between the hook of hamate and the pisiform)
