•   Oversees the transfer of mails and parcels from airport to Airmail Distribution Center.

•  Aircraft pre-arrival operating procedures

  Flight Assessment, Flight Schedules, Boarding Team Composition, Master of the Boarding Team & Replacement of team member.
•  Chief, AOD shall ensure that the schedules of the flight assignment are issued in advance of flight arrival.
