History

• “Historia” = ‘the account or knowledge of one’s past’.
• Is traditionally regarded as the study of the recorded past.

• As used by the Greek philosopher Aristotle, history meant a systematic account of a seat of natural phenomena, whether or not chronological ordering was a factor in the account.
• History is not all about memorizing the dates but it is more on appreciating the relevance of past human activities and how can we emulate from it.
