An informal or invisible barrier that prevents women from achieving senior positions in their chosen career.
Positive discrimination
The automatic favouring, without proper consideration of merit, of under-represented individuals from minority groups over individuals in majority groups
Anti-Semitism
Hostility, prejudice and/or discrimination against a Jewish person. Anti-Semitism is a form of racism
Ageism
The negative stereotyping and unfair treatment of individuals because of their age
Exploitation
The action of treating someone unfairly in order to benefit from their work and/or gain advantage for yourself

Non-medical factors e.g. your social conditions such as access to a healthy diet and housing, that affect health outcomes

Homophobia
Prejudice, discrimination and/or hatred of people who are perceived to be gay, lesbian or bisexual
