Circulatory system

• the circulatory system is made up of heart, blood vessels and blood
• humans have a double circulatory system
• right ventricle pumps deoxygenated blood to the lungs to take in oxygen then blood returns to the heart
• left ventricle pumps oxygenated blood around other organs of the body.
• the blood gives up its oxygen to at the body cells
• deoxygenated blood returns to heart for lungs to pump out again
