  • What is the pressure on an object suspended in water like?
-it is evenly distributed around the entire object
    A)
  • How liquids pressure works is that the deeper down into the water the more pressure there is. This is due to the fact that there is more water above and therefore more weight above them equating to more pressure
  • This can be seen in this experiment
  • Pressure in a liquid also increases depending on the density. So water has less pressure than honey as it is less dense. You can see this in the comparison in consistency of the two and how it would be much easier to swim in water then honey
  • Equation for pressure in a liquid takes into account density , depth and GFS so its
    Density x GFS x depth = Pressure
