• Invisible unemployment The Nazis used some dubious methods to keep down the  unemployment figures. The official figures did not include  the following: 
• Jews dismissed from their jobs 
• Unmarried men under 25 who were pushed into  National Labour schemes 
• Women dismissed from their jobs or who gave up work  to get-married. 
• Opponents of the Nazis put in concentration camps 
• The figures also included part-time workers as fully employed
