  • Television - a good platform for different propagandas and advocacies. Can also be a good way to bond with one's family members.
  • Mobile phones - also have their own role sin the lives of the people. Primarily used for communication.
  • Mobile Phones - offer services like texting and calling. Include music player, calendar, radio, television, and photo editor.
  • Personal computers and laptops - have useful set of functions and roles. Can be used to surf the internet and communicate. Also have features like calendar, calculator, music player, movie player, camera and many more.
  • Personal Computers - have wide screens and separate keyboards, although some mobile phone can now be connected to a keyboard.
  • Robots - are now widely used.
  • Service Robots - do specific task but focus mainly in assisting their masters in their everyday task.
  • International Federation of Robotics ( IFR ) and United Nations Economic Commission for Europe ( UNECE ) - made it their task to formulate a working definition for service robots.
  • Robot - an actuated mechanism programmable in two or more axes with a degree of autonomy, moving within its environment, to perform intended task.
  • Autonomy - means the ability to perform intended task based on current state and sensing without human intervention.
  • Service Robot - a robot that performs useful tasks for humans or equipment excluding industrial automation application.
  • A personal service robot or a service robot for personal use - a service robot is used for noncommercial task, usually by laypersons.
  • A professional service robot or a service robot for professional use - a service robot used for commercial task, usually operated by a properly trained operator.
