• A thin layer connective tissue surrounding the fat. It helps anchor the kidneys and fats to the abdominal wall

  Renal Fascia
• A small area where renal artery and nerves enter

  Hilum
• Regulated the amount of water reabsorbed by the distal tubules and collecting ducts

  Antidiuretic Hormone
• activated by the stretch of the urinary bladder wall; made possible by the external urinary sphincter.
