Effective teams have 4-6 members. If a team is too large, members may not all have the opportunity to contribute. If a team is too small, the danger of 1 or 2 people dominating the team exists.

Effective teams communicateregularly to ensure there is strong commitment and collaboration between team members. This helps ensure everyone feels like a team member and everyone is clear with what their task is and how the team is progressing towards their shared goals.
