    lord Capulet is protective and aware his daughter is only young. 'my child' sounds like a loving a protective father and daughter relationship.The pronoun 'my' reminds the audience capulet has owership over juliet and shows the importance of his opinions. 'strange' empathesis juliet's innocence and naviety in the matter of her heart and can be perhaps proven by the intense immediate relationship with romeo.
  • 'this alliance may so happy prove turn your households rancour to pure love'
    this shows the marriage may be lucky enough to turn the hatered between the familes into 'pure love'. frair is willing to perform the wedding in hopes the fued will be resolved between the families. frair has good intentions as he wants to bring love but this involvment causes much of the tradgey.
  • 'violent delights have violent ends'
    frair is concered about the impulsivity and suddeness of the love and wedding will have a sudden and violent ending. oxymoronic phrase 'violent and delight' emphasies the inherent delight. This juxtaposes happines and destruction and also foreshadows protagonist brutal end
