      • We can control it
      • The brain controls their movements
      • Helps with our movement as muscles attach to bones
    • What are the smooth muscles?
      • Works without us knowing
      • An example is the intestines
      • Aids with digestion
      • Do not fatigue
    • What is origin and insertion?
      • The origin is the attachment that doesn't move during contraction.
      • The insertion is the attachment that does move when the muscle contracts.
    • What are agonists and antagonists?
      • Agonist is the muscle that is contracting while the other is relaxing.
      • Antagonist is the muscle that is relaxed while the other is working.
