  • Tourism is travel for business or pleasure. It is also the theory and practice of touring, the business of attracting, accommodating, and entertaining tourists, and the business of operating tours.
  • Tourism is the activities of people travelling to and staying in places outside their usual environment for leisure, business or other purposes for not more than one consecutive year.
  • LAW
    The system of rules, which a particular country or community recognizes as regulating the actions of its members, and which it may enforce by the imposition of penalties. Law, the discipline and profession concerned with the customs, practices, and rules of conduct of a community that are recognized as binding by the community. Enforcement of the body of rules is through a controlling authority.
  • THE PHILIPPINE CONSTITUTION
    The Constitution is defined as the original and fundamental principles of law by which a system of government is created and according to which a country is governed. (Barron's Legal Dictionary, 5the edition, p.102) It is the fundamental law of the land, to which all other laws must conform. It is a written instrument by which the fundamental powers of the government are established, limited, and defined, and by which those powers are distributed among several departments for their safe and useful exercise for the benefits of the body politic.
