Religious beliefs

• Symbols help believers identify which religious community they are in for example Jews associated with the star of David. This symbol helps us identify what religion a person is part of.
• Christianity

  • God the Creator: Belief God created the word, universe, all people and everything seen and unseen.
  • Death and resurrection of Jesus: Belief Jesus died on the cross and rose from the dead.
  • The Trinity: Belief that God consists of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

  2. Angels as messengers of God
  3. Prophets with Muhammad the last/most important.
  4. Holy Scriptures like the Quran.
  5. The Day of Judgement/Afterlife.
  6. God’s Will (he knows what will happen).
