  • Staffing or Tasking - Assigning tasks to willing and qualified people
  • Leading - Supervising all personnel involved in the program

  • Single elimination - Losers are eliminated, and winners advance to the next round, valuable (# entries is large,time is short, # of location is limited)
  • Double elimination - A team can lose and still have a chance to win the tournament as a whole
  • Round robin - Every team plays every other team
