Raw data tables show the record of individual data points collected from participants.
Frequency tables are logs of the number of times an event occurs. These are in the form of tally charts.
Bar charts summarise the frequency of categorical / nominal data. The bars on the chart do not touch and the chart shows multiple variables.
Pie charts are circular graphs representing all the data in a data set. Each wedge represents a portion of one category that forms a part of the data set.
Scattergrams display the relationship between two co-variables. They can display positive or negative relationships. The stronger the relationship, the more tightlyclustered the points are.
Histograms display the frequency of continuous numerical data. In this graph, the bars do touch as it shows continuous data, not categorical.
Line graphs display a comparison of two sets of continuous data represented by a line.
