• Qur'an 112:1-4: ''Say, 'He is God the One, God the eternal. He begot no one nor was He begotten. No one is comparable to Him.''
• Islam is a Monotheistic religion.
• The belief in Tawhid is repeated daily in the Shahadah.
• God is unique, there is nothing like God.

  • Only worship God, cannot worship any idols
  • Cannot make anything more important than God (including family)
  • Accept that bad things that happen are 'meant to be'
• Qur'an 4:59: 'You who believe, obey God and the Messenger.'
• Qur'an 64:11: 'Misfortunes can only happen with God's permission.'
• SUPREMACY

  supreme power of authority; a quality of God.God is creator and nothing takes place without God allowing it to happen. God is supreme and his will is final. Muslims believe they should accept whatever happens in their life and trust that God knows best.
