    It is a mental health condition that has intense anxiety or fear of being judged or rejected. A person who has social anxiety is afraid that he or she will make a mistake. It is more than just shyness. It is also called a social phobia.

    Extreme change in mood. It is a "roller coaster" of feelings from happiness to anger, irritability and even depression.

    • Can also result from acute brain injuries, dementia, stroke or sleep disorders
    • Imbalance of brain chemicals causes bipolar disorders

    Intended to make fun of someone in annoying, playful and hurtful way. It is another type of bullying.

    • Affects one's confidence and may also lead to anxiety, stress or depression
  • Bullying
    Intentional behavior that hurts, harms, or humiliates someone, either physically or emotionally, and can happen while at school, in the community, or online. Online bullying is called "cyberbullying".
  • Harassment
    Abusing, insulting and harming others. It also gives names to someone, yells, threatens and ignores someone in events or activities. Harassment involves attacks and abuse. Harassment can cause to experience severe mental or physical sufferings. It is also frightening and affects one's confidence.
  • Abuse
    Non-Verbal: Hurting others violently or harshly. Verbal: Bad and hurtful words given to someone, including giving malicious and unwanted names to people. Verbal abuse has more impact than physical abuse because scars can be healed but hurtful words can mark in our mind.
  • Neglect
    Stealing someone's basic needs like food, shelter, clothing, proper education, safety, security, love and health care. Everyone has equal rights to get the right needs that we should have.
