moral issues

• selling organs - leads to abduction - poor people cant sell them
• does it do harm - hypocratic oath - ruined trust between donor and doctor
• pressure - illegal payments and bribery - giving organs they dont want to - unfair because organ donation is about giving
• directed donation - organs dont go to those most in need - less non direction donors - people dont get organs they need and die
• may do yourself harm trying to help others - donor must be informed of risks - okay if the person is aware as its an act of compassion
