• Dial-Up - cheapest but the slowest
• Dial-Up - already obsolete
• Dial-Up - uses phone line

• Broadband - much faster than dial-up

• 3 Kinds of Broadband : Fiber is the fastest type of broadband since it uses optical fibers to transmit data from one place to another.

• Mobile - can be accessed through smartphones, tablets, laptops and other gadgets
• Moblie - supports 3G (third generation) and 4G (fourth generation) technology
• Mobile - comes in Long-Term-Evolution (LTE), a new and popular wireless technology
• An internet Service Provider (ISP) is a company that sells internet access to its subscriber. (Smart, Globe, PLDT, Etisalat, ....)
• Modem is the main hardware that we need to connect to the internet.
• Router is a hardware device installed if we want a lot of computers   and other devices to be connected to our internet connection.
