  Bandura believed that children learn through observation, imitation and consequences. Children learn though role models.
• What is positive reinforcement?


  They are more likely to repeat the behaviour is they are rewarded through praise and treats e.g.
• What is negative reinforcement?

  A child is less likely to repeat the behaviour if they receive negative reinforcement such as: ridicule.
