• a tissue is a group of similar cells that carry out a specialized activity
• a layer or specialized cells make the tissue that lines the nose and windpipe. it’s job is to protect the lungs from dust and microbes
• Organs carry out major life functions such as. Breathing, Feeding and reproduction
• organs such as the liver or the eye contain many different types of tissue. each does it’s own specialized part of the function
• a different layer of specialized cells in the lungs absorbs oxygen from the air
• Some organs : stomach,esophagus,mouth,small and large intestines
• organs work together to supply a leg muscle by lungs absorbing oxygen and heart pumping the blood
• In the respiratory system the lungs are the organs that take in the oxegyn that the muscles need
• in the circulatory system oxegyn is carried by blood, blood is pumped round by another organ, the heart
• the nervous system helps carry messages around the body
• the reproductive system helps make specialized cells that are needed to produce a new life
• in the digestive system the stomach and the instestines are the organs that get sugars from the food you eat. blood Carries these sugars to the muscles
• the leaf organ’s function is to carry out photosynthesis, making food,sugar
• the flower organ is colorful and has scent to attract insects,carry pollen to the plant
• the stem organ contains two tubes one Carrie’s water and minerals from the roots
• the root organ absorbs water and minerals from the soil. and it hold the plant in place
• the digestive systems main organs are gut, liver and pancreas and the main function is to digest and absorb food
• the breathings systems main organs are windpipe and lungs and the main function is to take in oxygen and to get rid of carbon dioxide
• the excretory’s systems main functions are kidneys bladder and liver, the main function is to get rid of poisonus waste products.
• in the sensory system the main organs are, eyes,ears,nose, skin and tounge. and the main function is to detect stimuli.
• in the nervous system the main organs are brain and spinal cord and its main function is to conduct messages from one part of the body to another.
