• ·         Actual experiences.

  ·         It aims to explain why a specific phenomenon has greatly impacted the participants.

  Phenomenological
• ·         In-depth analysis of a case

  ·         Gain a comprehensive understanding of the subject being studied.

  Case study
• "It is a clear and definite statement about a chosen area of concern which maybe a difficulty to eliminate, a condition to improve, or a problem that exists in theory, literature, or practice (Gallupe, 2017)."
