  • Water - is a chemical substance composed of hydrogen and oxygen existing in gaseous, liquid and solid tastes that is essential to all forms of life, comes from different sources
  • Seawater - contains plenty of salt, also called hard water, it is found in the sea sand oceans
  • Freshwater- also called Surface Water, comes mostly from rain, found in bodies of water such as rivers, lakes, creeks and ponds,
  • Groundwater - found beneath the earth's surface, it comes from water that seeps into the ground, accumulates in the underground layer called water table
  • Uses of water
    freshwater - cleaning, washing, bathing, preparing food, drinks for animals, for plants
    seawater - habitat of marine aquatic animals and plants
